Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.
Use of Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Radar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Third-Party Content
The Service may contain content provided by third parties, including database connections and external data sources. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content.
Database Connections and Data
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security and management of your database connections and credentials. You agree to keep your connection credentials confidential and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Data Security
While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Payment Terms
Subscription Fees
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your subscription plan.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal period.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RADAR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radar operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Radar regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
